The families and information on these pages were researched and collected throughout the years by many individuals.

I would like to thank Luther Greene, a cousin on my father's side of the family for the help he gave me.Luther had been working on the family for years. When I contacted him, he sent many years of work to me with no hesitation.

I also would like to thank Catherine Greig Jacobson a cousin from my mother's side. Catherine was dedicated to researching our Greig and McBain families. Her research took her all over the United States and Canada and to Ireland. Her documentation was extensive. She is no longer with us, but never forgotten. In later years Catherine was joined by Donna McBainJohnson who contributed extensive research.
